Additionally, Valora has ministered in over 50 U.S. cities and 9 foreign nations across South and Central America as well as Africa and Europe conducting either leadership or discipleship training conferences and seminars.

Valora co-founded Company Global, which does business as LaJun and Valora Cole, Ministries from which she recently founded Fearless Women Global a phenomenal organization, which hosts an annual women's conference with attendees from around the world. Valora also serves as the Co-Pastor of Contagious Church formally Perfected Love International Fellowship a growing multiethnic/multicultural, non-denominational life giving church with campuses in the north Tampa suburb of Temple Terrace, FL, Tallahassee, FL and Charlotte, NC; the Discipleship Training Institute and Gladiator Camp which are training and equipping centers focused on discovering, developing and deploying the gifts of the believer; Agape International a not-forprofit community development corporation which Valora founded in 2010 focused on impacting and enriching the lives of individuals, families and communities globally. In the secular arena, Valora serves as the founding CEO of Exponential Group Global a for-profit leadership, media and organizational development training and consulting company all headquartered in Tampa Florida and as the Vice-Chairman for Bay Area Charter foundation and Florida Charter Foundation, Charter Schools under Charter Schools USA with over 240 million dollars in fiscal oversight
