Lisa Belgrave is a fearless woman who is passionate about helping women to walk in God's purpose and plans for them and advancing the kingdom of God. Her journey in helping women and children started as a teenager when she volunteered her services at the Rape Crisis Centre of Trinidad and Tobago just after completing High School. There she was trained in basic and advanced counseling and operated as a hotline counselor for some time before pursuing a BSc. in Sociology with Economics. Her studies in this discipline deepened her understanding of the challenges that women of different cultures, social and economic backgrounds face.
She has been operating in the field of human resources, particularly in the area of training and development for the past 20 years. Her work in organizations that train and equip persons who are unemployed or unskilled with skills and life skills for the past 10 years has given her the opportunity to interact with women from all walks of life and to motivate, encourage and support them.
She is a wife and mother and has faced numerous situations in both her personal and professional life that propelled her to foster a deep personal relationship with God and to arise victorious. These experiences have intensified her desire and commitment to help other women in Trinidad and Tobago and globally to realize that "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind" and that we are more than conquerors in Christ.
She holds a Masters' Degree in Business Administration from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business and has been privileged to be trained by Valora Shaw-Cole first as a 'Bold Prayer Warrior and Fearless Intercessor' and then in the 'Fearless Women's Global Women's Mentorship' course which has further emboldened and empowered her to make a difference.
She believes we don't have to stand alone as women but can help each other to become whole and arise fearlessly. It is her desire to make fearlessness contagious!
